The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.

The client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of the commissioned artwork.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork in any past, present or future AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology, including non fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, NFT marketplaces or future inventions in the space. Any use of the artwork for any adverising or profits associated with AI technology, non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

The client does not have the right to remove, edit, or otherwise alter my signature nor any other piece of the artwork (this includes repainting, making bases, etc). Any editing outside of cropping for icons, banners and close-ups to your commission is prohibited.

As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to use, publish (unless the client indicates otherwise for specific reasons), livestream and record the commissioned artwork and its process.

If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in art books.

As the artist, I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason I see fit.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.

For all types of commissions, payments will be split in two: The first payment (50% of the total cost) is made upfront (before I start working on your commission). The second payment (the remaining 50%) will be made once I have finished the final rendering of the artwork. All payments must be through Paypal and in EUR .

Once the work has been started I do not accept refunds unless something happens on my part.

The buyer pays the service charge (since it’s an international payment it is calculated by a certain %, meaning the charge can go up to 5~10€ and sometimes more).

Please provide as many visual references as possible, the more references, the better the result. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the picture, add that too.

I will not take a commission without visual references.

Commissions are not first come first served.

I'll try to finish your order as soon as possible. The estimated waiting time is 1-4 weeks from the moment I start working on your commission . I will contact you if there will be a longer delay.

El cliente acepta que la comisión es únicamente para uso personal y no tiene derecho a reproducir la obra con fines lucrativos bajo ninguna circunstancia.

El cliente se compromete a acreditarme como la artista original de la obra encargada.

Bajo ninguna circunstancia el cliente podrá utilizar ninguna parte de la obra encargada en tecnologías de IA (pasadas, presentes o futuras) ni en tecnologías relacionadas con blockchain, incluyendo tokens no fungibles (NFTs), criptomonedas, mercados NFT o futuras invenciones dentro de este ámbito.

Queda estrictamente prohibido cualquier uso de la obra para publicidad o beneficios relacionados con IA, NFTs o criptomonedas.

El cliente no tiene derecho a eliminar, editar o alterar mi firma ni ninguna parte de la obra (esto incluye repintar, crear bases, etc.).

Cualquier edición, excepto recortes para iconos, banners o acercamientos de la comisión, está prohibida.

Como artista, conservo los derechos de autor de la obra encargada.

Me reservo el derecho de usar, publicar (salvo que el cliente indique lo contrario por razones específicas), retransmitir en directo y grabar la obra encargada y su proceso.

Si la comisión es fanart de una serie o franquicia existente, me reservo el derecho de vender la obra en cualquier momento (por ejemplo, como impresiones o en libros de arte).

Como artista, me reservo el derecho de rechazar una solicitud de comisión por cualquier motivo que considere apropiado.

Tengo el derecho de cancelar la comisión en cualquier momento si el cliente se muestra excesivamente o continuamente grosero, exigente, infantil o inapropiado.

En ese caso, no habrá reembolso y el cliente será incluido en lista negra.

Para todo tipo de comisiones, el pago se dividirá en dos partes:

• El primer pago (50% del coste total) se realiza por adelantado, antes de comenzar el trabajo.

• El segundo pago (50% restante) se realiza una vez finalizado el render final de la obra.

Todos los pagos deben realizarse mediante PayPal y en EUR (€).

Una vez iniciado el trabajo, no acepto reembolsos salvo que ocurra algún problema por mi parte.

El comprador asume la comisión del servicio (al tratarse de un pago internacional, se calcula mediante un porcentaje y puede ascender a 5–10€ o más).

Por favor, proporciona tantas referencias visuales como sea posible; cuantas más referencias, mejor será el resultado.

Si hay algo específico que deseas ver en la imagen, indícalo también.

No aceptaré ninguna comisión sin referencias visuales.

Las comisiones no se gestionan por orden de llegada.

Intentaré finalizar tu encargo lo antes posible. El tiempo estimado es de 1 a 4 semanas desde el momento en que comience a trabajar en tu comisión. Te avisaré si hubiera un retraso mayor.
